
As Vice President, Programs and Equity, Adrianna Quintero leads the development of climate and clean energy strategies that expand equitable access to clean energy. Working across U.S. Energy Foundation’s (EF) program teams, Adrianna and her team align mission, metrics, and community impact to deliver tangible clean energy benefits to communities most affected by climate and pollution. She also partners with funders to drive investment in inclusive solutions that accelerate durable climate progress.
A seasoned attorney and longtime advocate for environmental health and civic engagement, Adrianna brings decades of experience working at the intersection of climate, equity, and public policy. She specializes in guiding organizations through moments of strategic inflection, helping them navigate complexity, manage risk, and strengthen internal operations aligned with mission and public trust.
Before joining EF, Adrianna served as a Senior Attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where she focused on critical environmental health issues, including drinking water quality, air pollution, and pesticide safety, and founded Voces Verdes, a national coalition that elevates Latino leadership in clean energy and climate solutions.
