Maggie manages the payroll functions of EF, as a remote-first organization with employees located in 25+ states, ensuring payroll, benefits, and related taxes/fees are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.

Most recently, Maggie worked as a Payroll Manager at Motive Energy Telecommunications, where she managed the day-to-day payroll operations required to process multi-state payroll for a large organization, as well as managed the other members of the payroll team. Maggie has over 10 years of experience in payroll, and possesses extensive knowledge of payroll operations and systems.
