Lauren supports the organization’s corporate communications activities, including risk/crisis, brand, and reputation management. She ensures consistent and high-quality standards of communication internally and externally, and provides guidance to colleagues, grantees, and other stakeholders to support all communications activities and enhance everyone’s role as effective ambassadors of the organization.

Most recently, Lauren served as a Communications Manager with Ardent Technologies, Inc., and wrote, edited, and designed communications products, executed campaigns, and led global training programs for the U.S. Air Force. Prior to that, Lauren was a Senior Educator at The DoSeum, where she planned and facilitated public outreach initiatives and community engagement events to promote STEM education and led professional development for teachers. She has also worked as a journalism teacher in the Texas public school system.
