Christine Scruggs

Executive Assistant, COO and Operations

Christine Scruggs provides a broad range of administrative and other support for the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Brian Stanley, and members of the Operations team (Human Resources, Finance, Knowledge Management/Information Technology, and Grants Administration). Her work includes developing systems to share information across the EF Operations team to ensure team alignment, managing consultant contracts, and working with the senior leadership of the Operations team on creating processes that strengthen our ability to deliver on our mission.

With 29 years of administrative and executive-level support experience, Christine most recently served as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TD Ameritrade, and provided a wide range of administrative support to the Senior Operating Committee executives and the Legal department’s Deputy General Counsel members, with corporate-wide impact and high visibility to all levels of management. Additionally, she assisted the Board of Directors and Board Committees, serving as the administrative primary point of contact and liaison to ensure effective communication and operations. Prior to that, she served as an Executive Assistant at Maxim Healthcare Services, Cumberland Associates LLC, Booz Allen Hamilton and Alliance Capital Management, where she provided executive level support for CEOs and Senior Vice Presidents.
