Eric Jaffe is the Program Director, Strategic Communications at U.S. Energy Foundation. He previously served as the foundation’s Senior Manager, Strategic Communications.
Prior to joining U.S. Energy Foundation, Eric was the Managing Program Director at Resource Media, where he led a team using communication strategies to advance economic, clean energy, and climate policy objectives. His areas of expertise include energy efficiency, renewable energy, clean fuels, electric vehicles, and efficient land use. From 2004–2010, Eric ran his own communications firm and worked with non-profits, private enterprises, local governments, elected officials, and candidates. He also has held legislative positions on Capitol Hill, managed intergovernmental relations for Governor Mel Carnahan (D-Mo.), and advised political campaigns at the national, state, and local levels.
