Grace tracks and executes all steps in the grantmaking process for grantees to implement strategies and projects centered on reducing pollution from the U.S. industrial sector. She coordinates virtual and in-person convenings of advocates, funders, and other stakeholders, and serves as “air traffic control” for incoming communications and requests to the Clean Industry team. She also prepares documents and presentations for internal and external audiences, such as funder reports and proposals.

Most recently, Grace was an Associate at Corridor Partners, where she drafted talking points, memos, and agendas for policymakers and federal government officials, and facilitated in-person and virtual events with high-profile elected leaders to raise millions of dollars for climate champions. Prior to that, she was the Finance Manager for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and managed national and state-level fundraising events. Grace also previously served as Finance Assistant and Human Resources Assistant for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
