Joseph manages the life cycle of Foundation Initiated Project (FIP) contracts, including executing consulting agreements with new consultants, completing compliance review of scope of work proposals, and conducting financial reviews. Joseph also manages the FIP portal, identifying technical needs and executing solutions, and leads on training and policies for both internal and external users.

Previously, Joseph was the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Director of the MD/PhD Program at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, NY. He managed the director’s calendar; developed, implemented, and managed confidential paper and electronic record-keeping systems, and coordinated travel itineraries. Before that, he was Senior Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Dean, School of Education, at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
