Katie manages daily operations, annual planning, long-term planning, and organizational budgeting. This includes synthesizing and reviewing program strategy, managing operations-related consultants, reviewing and approving a limited set of grant proposals, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of budgets, and serving as a board liaison.

Most recently, Katie served as the Chief Operating Officer at RCG Talent Solutions, a professional services firm providing capacity building and talent acquisition support to mission-driven organizations. There, she managed client-facing work and oversaw the organization’s budget and day-to-day financials, legal and regulatory compliance, and human resources priorities. Prior to that, Katie held multiple roles with The Jed Foundation and worked with other nonprofits such as Families for Excellent Schools and Teach For America.
