Laura supports the Local Power Program and the Southeast regional team by managing complex grants and contracts and relationships with grantees and consultants. She works with advocates and other partners to develop and implement tools and systems to support U.S. Energy Foundation’s strategy and grantmaking. She also manages projects within and outside her team, such as preparing presentations, reports, and proposals; planning and budgeting for the Southeast region; and coordinating in-state strategy meetings, convenings, and other events.

Most recently, Laura served as the Strategic Foundation Partnerships Lead Associate for Save the Children, where she managed a $10 million portfolio of grants and optimized donor and grant data management. She supported other teams across her organization by planning and facilitating meetings, drafting presentations and reports, and executing other administrative tasks. She previously served Save the Children as a Resource Development Intern.
