Mariah Tate creates and stewards strategies to sustain and grow the network of U.S. Energy Foundation’s current and prospective institutional funding partners by designing and and implementing plans for long-term and strategic funder engagement, while managing staff and collaborating across teams responsible for executing on those strategies. Mariah previously served in a variety of roles on the Strategic Partnerships team, including Systems and Operations Manager.
Mariah has over a decade of experience cultivating and stewarding philanthropic resources in multiple sectors. As a Senior Program Associate at Hopelab, an operating foundation in the Omidyar Group, she partnered with public schools, health systems, nonprofits, and academics to improve health and well-being for youth and young adults. Mariah used her experience in human-centered design research, academic research, and product ideation to inform product and systems development.
