As Technical Training Specialist, Miguel Solorio optimizes EF’s usage of core systems, trains staff on existing and new software tools, and creates training materials and documentation.

Over the years, Miguel has become skilled in designing and delivering training seminars, offering comprehensive software support, and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior to EF, he was an educational consultant for Sitetracker, where he provided implementation training and support for various industries, such as telecommunications, tower companies, and electric vehicle charging.
